My little Joshua turned 4 this in May. I can't believe that my boys keep growing up. These years are not slowing down. Anyway, Joshua has accomplished so much this year in preschool. We just had his IEP at school and he has accomplished all of his goals for the year. We couldn't be more proud of Joshua!
Since my birthday and Josh's birthday are a day apart, we decided not to do a traditional birthday. We decided to take a trip to the Shenandoah's and go camping for the long Memorial Day weekend. It was so much fun. We invited friends that we have known for a very long time and we made peach cobbler in the dutch oven. Our friend, Bonnie, showed us how to make ice cream using freezer bags. We had to shake them for 20 minutes. The kids gave up after about 2 seconds! The ice cream did taste good after we were done shaking them.
Joshua loved to play in the little pool that Bonnie brought. This little girl with Joshua is Bonnie little girl, Paije! She is so fun and adorable. The boys love being with her.
Once we got home, we did have a small family party for Joshua. We had ice cream and we put 4 candles in it and sang Happy Birthday. He even got to open his presents.
Joshua is the joy of our lives. He is so much fun. He is definitely the definition of a happy child. We love him so much.

I tried to leave a comment on your other post, but blogger wouldn't let me - annoying! Anyhow, I think that Garett Jay is a cool name, especially the reference to the to other brother's names.
